Hi, my name is Heike Feltzer and I have been around horses since the age of 12. I started riding in 1985 at the Potomac Horse Center in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

My love for horses and animals in general has always been a part of me. After High School I obtained my A.A.S in Veterinary Technology from Northern Virginia Community College, doing externships at Leesburg Equine Medical Center, Virginia and also at The Virginia Regional School of Veterinary Medicine. After school I continued my career as a Veterinary Technician.

Then I made the decision to develop a career which would give me more time with horses at the barn. So in June of 2007 I attended Equissage,Inc. in Round Hill, Virginia and received my certification in Equine Sports Massage Therapy.

I have finally found out what I want to be when I grow up! It gives me great satisfaction to be able to provide relief to these noble athletes and companions.
